This class is for those who have already been introduced to Aerial yoga and would like to further their practice.  Students enjoy a fun, strengthening class in our silk hammock to enhance and deepen traditional yoga postures. This aerial class is designed to create space in the body with the yoga swing, explore some more advanced poses, and above all, have fun! The practice may include: inversions to decompress the spine and stimulate the flow of blood and fluids, strength and balancing poses to tone the muscles, restorative poses to soothe the nervous system, and flying poses to exhilarate the spirit.
