This class is for anyone new or at a beginner level of Aerial yoga. This practice employs a fabric hammock or “yoga swing” to enhance and deepen traditional yoga postures. Our aerial classes are designed to get you acquainted with the yoga swing and explore all that it has to offer while having some serious fun. The practice may include inversions to decompress the spine and stimulate the flow of blood and fluids, strength and balancing poses to tone the muscles, and restorative poses to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.
